Our Story
Arloma Landscaping was founded by Dan Montcalm, a Monson resident whose love for outdoor work started long before he was old enough to run the equipment himself. As a high schooler, Dan was already mowing lawns, hauling brush, and helping neighbors get their properties in shape. What started as summer work quickly turned into something more — a genuine passion for transforming raw, overgrown, or tired-looking properties into something the homeowner could be proud to come home to.
After years of working in the trades and learning every corner of the outdoor industry — from fine landscaping to heavy site work — Dan launched Arloma Landscaping to bring that full skill set under one roof. Today, two years into business, Arloma has grown into a trusted local name across Monson, Wilbraham, Hampden, Brimfield, Palmer, Sturbridge, and the surrounding towns.

Dan built Arloma on a simple idea: treat every property like it is your own. That means showing up on time, doing the prep work nobody sees but everyone benefits from, and leaving the job site cleaner than we found it. It also means being honest about what a project needs — and what it does not. We are not here to upsell you. We are here to build something you will love for years.
